Shipping and Handling
We offer second-day and overnight shipping for all of our products. Ground shipping is also offered during the cooler season (November - April, or adjusted accordingly) and year-round in California. During warmer seasons, our products are packaged in climate-controlled packaging to ensure your shipment arrives safely. An additional charge of $3 will be added to your order. We reserve the right to change shipping options based on weather conditions and destination. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
Order deadlines
Orders generally require 48 hours to process. To ensure freshness, we do not ship products over the weekend.
Orders placed on Monday and Tuesday by 3 pm PT will be shipped the following day.
Orders placed Wednesday through Friday will be shipped on Monday, or sooner if possible.

Undeliverable Packages
Please double-check addresses before completing your order. Ococoa will not be responsible for orders delayed or returned as a result of an incorrect address. We may charge additional shipping and product replacement fees if an order is returned.
FedEx will not require a signature upon delivery. If shipping to a residential address, please ensure someone will be available to receive the package. Ococoa is not responsible for packages damaged at, or taken from, a destination where no person is available to receive it. We strongly recommend shipping to a business location when possible.
Sales Tax
Shipments within California will be subject to 9.75% sales tax.
International Shipping
We currently only ship within the United States. We do not ship internationally.
